All orders for items that are in stock are dispatched same day for next day tracked delivery (postal code dependent some areas might not be available for next day delivery) Monday - Thursday Untill 3pm any orders after 3pm will be dispatched next day †Next day delivery does not include Scotland, Northern Ireland, or some other Rural Post codes (2-day service applies)
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday any orders placed on Friday after 3:00PM will be delivered on Tuesday and any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday †Next day delivery does not include Scotland, Northern Ireland, or some other Rural Post codes (2-day service applies)
All orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 3-5 days.
You will be held responsible for any amendments made to deliveries should a package go missing or delivered outside of the expected time slot. These amendments include,change of address, location or time slot
We deliver goods worldwide which can take 5 to 10 working days. Any goods which have been rejected by customs or held at your local customs we at Private Pharma Ltd are NOT liable for such issues and are exclude from our standard refund policy.
(Deliveries to Japan only we would recommend takeing out needles for customs purpose )

If a box is damaged it is important you notify the DHL driver so he can make a note in the system before you sign for the received goods. Hereby we are able to make a claim to DHL for the damaged box.
Please note that you are responsible for all import duties and taxes arising on the supply of our services outside the United Kingdom, and we will make no calculations or estimations in this regard.
Customer is responsible for all Import taxes or duties outside the UK any refusal to pay any of the charges occurred in customs, customer will be liable for all delivery cost and balance of refund will be given once products are received back to our warehouse
Fridge Line orders are dispached for next working day delivery Monday to Thursday before 3pm cut off, any orders after 3pm will be dispatched next working day.
Fridge line orders made on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday
All fridge line deliveries will only go out as a next day delivery. This is a DHL guaranteed delivery attempt service. If for whatever reason you are not available to receive the order, we cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damages. It is you as the buyer responsibile to ensure there is someone to receive delivery. You must contact your nearest courier depot.
